Dearest Jesus,

You devoted yourself to healing.

I praise and thank you for the sight you restored, the souls you freed, the crippled legs you made to run, the flaking skin you smoothed with love.

I praise you for the homeless hearts you gave a resting place, the insecure identities you gave purpose, the torn relationships you brought restoration. You opened your arms to broken people, Lord, and said,

Come to me…

And so, Jesus, I come to you.

I need help from beyond myself, and I look to you for healing and wholeness. I know you are willing to enter into my pain.

My fear.

My anxiety.

My doubt, confusion, exhaustion, and desperation.

Please renew my trust, Lord Christ. I know that being honest and crying out to you opens the path toward deeper healing.

I may not be cured. But in you, I can be whole.

I rest my soul on your lap, asking, trusting, that your comfort will come.

How gracious you are to me. Today, I claim your healing and ask that a fresh beginning bloom in my life.

In Christ’s healing, loving, grace I pray. Amen.
